POONIWALLA, JJ DATED : 3rd AUGUST 2023 P.C. : 1 Mr. Thorat states that further to the order dated 27th July 2023, he has received written instructions from Sub-Divisional Officer, Panvel to inform the court that respondent nos.1 to 3 are withdrawing the notice of demand dated 11th December 2019. Copy of the written instructions is taken on record and marked “X” for identification and for ease of reference is scanned and reproduced hereinbelow: Meera Jadhav 2 In view thereof, Mr. Tripathi states that petition be dismissed as withdrawn. Mr. Thorat states that the State will take such proceedings as Meera Jadhav advised, in accordance with law. Mr. Thorat states he will instruct the concerned officer today itself to de-seal the premises of petitioner. Statement accepted.
