After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Rajashekhar, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after one year if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
