By separate order dated 8th December 2022, the Second Appeals are admitted on the substantial questions of law framed therein. These Interim Applications are taken out for stay of the impugned judgments and decrees. However, as the decree passed by the learned Courts is money decree, the Applicant/s to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of three months from today. Mr. Vijay Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the entire decretal amount will be deposited in this Court within a period of three months by deducting the amount already deposited.
As the Applicants are ready to deposit entire decretal amount in this Court, the Interim Applications are disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). 2 2 IAs 195 in sa 17, 196 in sa 18, 197 in sa 19.doc
