We are of the view that purpose o this Petition shall stand served by issuing necessary directions to the Respondent No.2. Accordingly, we direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner in its next meeting which is likely to be held in this month in accordance with law and by taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Petition as well. WP 227.22.doc been made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Respondent No.2 may consider deciding the appeal as far as possible on or before 21 February 2022 as the Petitioner may get a chance to take admission to the B.Ed. course during this academic year in case the appeal is allowed. We request the Respondent No.2 to give its due consideration to the request so made on behalf of the Petitioner.
