We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The civil application is filed seeking amendment of the petition. By the proposed amendment, the petitioners are seeking to bring on record the submissions made at the time of admission of the petition. Hence leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
