The learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue and the learned standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Ltd., would submit that the petitioner has not made any application through online to conduct survey in respect of the subject property, and if the petitioner makes application through online, the respondent-authorities will pass appropriate orders as per the existing Rules and requested to pass appropriate orders.
