Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not issuing pattaciar pass books, title deeds in favour of the petitioners in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.O1 guntas in Sy.No.166 and lald admeasuring Ac.6.i3 guntas in Sy.No.16g total extent of Ac.l I .14 guntas situated at Mutharam Village, Palakurthy Mandal, Jangoan District (Warangal) and a_lso to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in proposing to give the pattadar pass book ald title deeds in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 7 in respect of land in Sy.No.16g aclmeasuring Ac.6.13 guntas situated at Mutharam Vi1lage, Palakurthy Mandal, Jangoan District (Waralrgal) as illegal and arbitrary. / / \
4. 2 Learned counsel for the petitloners Sh..J \ P 1-1611 1(ll: furthcr submils that on 04.01'20 18' this Court has granted Permission to the petitioners to approach the respondent No'4 by making an application in Form-6A prescribed under the A'P'Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act' 197 1 for issuance of pattadar passbook and title d'eed in their favour in respect of the subject land. After rrling of the said appiication, the respondent No'4 is directed to consider the same in accordance with iaw within six (06) weeks after frling of such appiication by the petitioners' Learned counsel for the petitioners firrther submits that 5. after filing of the said application' the respondent authorities have not passed any orders on the same and requested to allow the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos'2 to 4 to issue the pattadar pass books' title cleed's in favour of the petittoners in resPect of subject iand' Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue h1e the aPPiication as Per e fresh application through d as Per existing rules' the

In view of the submissions made by both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file fresh application through online to the concerned respondent authorities as per existing rules. After filing of the said application, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law as early as possible.
