Crl.R.C.No.189 of 2014 is filed by the petition_. s-respondents under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.p.C. seeking tt set aside the judgment dated 02.12.20't3 passed in Criminal ApSeal No.5ig of 2011 by the learned V Additional Metropolitan S;, )ssions Judge (Mahila Court), Hyderabad. By the impugned judgme I , the appellate Court granted protection order, residential or ler, monthly \ 2 maintenance of Rs.10,000/- from 27.06.201 1 arrd compensation of Rs.5,00,000/-, thereby modifying the ordei', dated 27.06.2011 passed in D.V.C.No.6:.' of 2010 by the learned iii Metropolitan Magis:iarc at llyderabad, wherein, the petitioner l,lo.1-husband was directed to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs.1,0001 to respondent No.1-wife.

3. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as unofficial respondents that during the pendency of the present Criminal Revision Cases, the parties have compromised the matter. Since the parties are willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by app6aring before the Coordinator, tr4ediation Center, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad vide order daled 24.07.2025 passed by this Court

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, Mr. Syed Obaid Quadri, Advocate, was appointed as a Mediator, Mediation Proceedings were conduCted and the Mediatioh wZs successful The Mediator submitted a report, dated 17.11.2025 to the Coordinator, t';lediation Center, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, who in turn, submitted a report, r (' dated 17.11.2025 along with Memorandum of Full and Final Settlement Agreement, dated 17. 1 1.2025 to that rr ,ect stating that the Mediation was successfui and the parties havr signed on the Memorandum of Understanding with free v.,!!1, cons:nt and without any force or coercion. Perused the Memorandum of Full and : nal Setflement Agreement, dated 17.11.2025 which disclose that t le parties have willingly consented for compromise with the follcving terms and conditions: 1) K-Siva Kumar agreed to pay an amount of Rs.4 t,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Eight Lakhs) by setting the f't t No_gg, admeasuring 200.00 Sq.yds in Sy.Nos.254 attr 2SS of Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchat-Ma kajgiri to KPranitha and K.Venkata Sal as a full and final s )t ement. The said K.Shiva Kumar will comptete the entil process within one month from today i.e_ 17.12.2025. 2) Smt. K.Pranitha agreed to withdraw/ permit to ( )mpound cases filed by her against K.Shiva kumar and , is famity members which are pending before the Hon,bte Hiq Court in Crl.R.C.No.31 1/2!22, Crl.R.C.No.320/2022, Crt.R.C No.1 698/ 2018 and Crl.R.Q-No.189/2014 and other related: rses filed by her. . 3) Smt.K.Pranitha agreed mutuatty for obtaining ) vorce by Mutual Consent or mutual which has been penci g before Hon'ble High Court in F.C.A.No.1tB/2019 or new F(\ tp witt be filed as per their convenience. 4) Smt.
