Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos'2 1 and 3 and Sri Srinivasa Rao Pachu'a, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 and perused the record.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.7.2O18 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26085 of 2018. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned counsei appearing for the respondents. i I 2

In view of the above, for the reasons alike ir the order clated 26.7.2O18 in W.p.No.260g5 of 2018, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release power supply 1.o the premises of the petitione. subject to the compiiance of terms a,cl conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occtrpancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation witlLin a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced rvithin such period, it is open to the responclents to take appropriate action in accordance rvith lau,. Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Corporation Limited, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, and Sri L.Venkateshwa-r Rao, Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for 4th respondent.
2. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court dt.23.03.2018 in W.P.No.9789 of 2018.

Therefore for reasons a-like, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certihcate from the concerned Municipal Corporation *7 2 within a prescribed period, and if no su<:h occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in ac,:ordance u.ith law.
