2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are the owners arrd possessors of land in Sy.No.136 to an extent of Ac1.l1 gts, Sy.No.137 to an extent of Ac.4.24 gts, Sy.No.13B to an 2 extent of A<:.6.17 gts, Sy.No.139 to an extent of Ac.4.15 gts, Sy.No.142 to an extent of Ac.4.16 gts in total adrneasuring Ac.21.03 gts situated at Dandumailaram Village, Ibrahimpatnarn Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that petitioner No.2, along with others filed O.S.No.62 of 1976 before the District Munsiff at Ibrahimpatnam seeking for rectihcatron of Record of Rights over the suit. schedule property arrcl the said suit was decreed on 24.04.1976 in favour of the petitioners therein. It is further stated that when the said der:ree u/as not implemented, the petitioners have hled an application before the respondents seeking amendment of Records ol' Rights arl.d acting on the said application, respondent No.4 issued proceedings uide No.BI llt)98 /2ola, dated 20.C)6.20 18 for rectification of the entries and for implementation of the judgment and decree dated 2'1.O4.7976. The grievartce of the petitioners is that even after i'ssuance of the said proceedings by respondent No.4, no steps are taken by the respondent authorities for rectification of the entries in the revenue records and as such, they are not in a position to receive an r incentives being sanctioned by the Government under inverstment subsidies; and they have also submitted 3 application through appropriate module in Dharani portal to carry out the necessary corrections in the revenue records under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for short ,Act,2O2O,l.
4. Ms. Swetcha, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of application by the petitioners.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if respondent No.4 is directed to examine the case of the petitioners and if the petitioners satisfy all the requirements under the provisions of the Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uid.e Circular No. 1 of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. I of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider the same for rectification of the entries in the revenue records and if the petitioners are otherwise not entitled, the respondent authorities shali pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance w"ith law and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
