No. 12145 of 2O17. However, having regard to tll subsequent developments that occurred during the pendency r f the present petition, and in the absence of any material sutx tanliating the allegations made therein, and since the crim r al case has in acquittal, this Court is of the considerex view that no .resulted further adjudication is warranted and that nothirrr survives for consideration in this petition. 5.
