As such, the Corporation /APSRTC has agreed to pay Rs.4,84,@0/- (Rupees Four takhs eighty-four thousand onty) with the reduced interest i.e., @ 6% per arrnum from the date of petition tilt the date of reatization. lt is submitted that 50% of the amount is atready deposited by the Corporation/APSRTC. Due c.edit shatt be given to the amounts atready paid white payment of settlement alount. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the case is settted before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above setttement, the Corporation/APSRTC shalt deposit the arnount within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or deLay in making such deposit, the Respondents/Petitioners/Claimants are entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the lower court/ Tribunat. The apportionment among the Respondents/Ctaim Petitioner Nos.'t and 2 shatl be made as per the terms of the award passed in MVOP.No.1170 of 2015 by the Tnbuna[/court betow. 1. The Appeltant is entitted to the refund of Court Fee paid in this appeal. 2. The amount atready deposited by the APSRTC, if any, shatl be given credit to. 3.
