Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government pleadcr for Revenue appearing for the respondents \ t 2 SK,J a The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that while admitting the writ petition this Court granted interim orders on 10. 12.2Ol8 in I.A.No. 1 of 2O 18 in W.P.No.446388 of 2018 directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property without following due process of law. Even after lapse of more than six years, the respondents did not chose file vacate petition or counter denying the averments made by the petitioners in the writ affidavit and requested to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the property land without following due process of 1aw. 4 The implead/proposed respondents hled counter, but no relief is sought against the implead/proposed respondents and the implead application is dismissed by this Court today. 5 The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondent-authorities will follow )n" due process as contemplated under law while { 3 SK,J interfering with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property.
6. In view of the submissions made by the both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and ,:njoyment of the petitioners over the subject property withcut following due process of law.
