During the pendency of this Appeat, the Petitioners/Appettants and the Respondent l,lo.3-lnsurance Company have entered into a setttement and in pursuance of the same, the Appettants/ Petitioners have agreed to rr:ceive an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three takhs onty) towards fu[[ and final settlement in addition to the amount atready deposited and the lnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the case is settled before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above said sett[ement, the nsurance Company has agreed to pay the above said amount within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the Ctaimant/Appettant is entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the T ribunat.
