The case of the petitioner is that a temple by name Lord Sri Abhaya Anjaneya Swamy Temple is stiuated at Bhavani Nagar, Mansoorabad abetting the plots of Bhavani Nagar and the fencing of the Pedda Cherurrr in Sy.Nos' 18 to 21 of Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal. The Revenue, Irrigation and Municipal Department conducted a joint survey around the lake and erected fencing around the lake leaving the area of the temple open. Later, respondent Nos.4 and 5 erected another fencing and subsequently the entry into the temple was ciosed obstructing the entry of the dev-otee-9-ftom 2 performing poojas. In this rcgard, petition r:r has made a representatton to respondent No.2 on O 1. 10.201 6 requesting to open the entrv of the temple as to enable the rrc votees to enter the temple. Sirrce, no response is forthcoming. t,te present urrit pctition is filt'd.

3. Though r.arious grounds are raised in tlrr: r.r.r-it petition, learned counsel for tl-re petitioners restricts his traver seeking a direction to respondent authorities to <lispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.1O.2016 rrr a time bound period.

Learned 1\ssistant Government pleader lirr Revenue as well as Irrigation appear-ing on behalf of resporr<lents submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities ma-r, [>e directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, darr(j 01.1O.2016 and pass approl)riate orders in accordance with l:1u,.
