3. Though the sole petitioner died on 05.11 .2022, till date no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased on record. . 4. It appears that it is a futile exercise being done by the petitioner to bring the legal representative of the deceased sole petitioner.

5. Ms.Divya Rai, learned counsel representing Sri Kishore Rai, learned counsel for the revision petitioner reported that she has no instructions from the revision petitioner.

6. Recording the same and in view of the above submissions, I.A.Nos.1 to 3 of 2025 are dismissed as not pressed. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
