5. In view of the submissions made by both sides and in view of the dismissal of W.P.No. 19106 of 2O1O on

28.05.2025, the interim order passed by ttris Court in W.P.M.P.No.38371 of 2OI4 in W.P.No.3O:i84 of 2014, dated20.lO.2Ol4 is made absolute. Accordir:rgly, the writ petition is disposed of.
