Having regard to the submissions of r rth the learned cciunsel and on perusal of the material availai-1 : orL record, this Court is of the opinion that petitioners, withr.,rr exhausting the remedy avarlable to them, have approached tl-i ; Court by filing the instant u'rit petition. Therefore, this Courr i; nor inc:lined to entertain the Writ Petition, at this stage, and 'l e same is liable to be dismissed.
