Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the official respondents in admitting the respondent No.6 as the Member of the respondent No.S-primary Agriculture co- operative Society Limited, Gumpena Village, Annapureddipatli Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in contravention to t I ,t "t 2 Section 19(1)(a) and (c) of the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, despite petitioner's representation dated 29.OT.2025 to the respondent authorities to remove the membership of respondent No.6, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. On the other hand, lea_r-ned Government pleader for Agriculture and Cooperation submits that the respondent authorities will dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.O7 .2025 in accordance with law, in due course and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 29.07.2025, after issuing notices to the petitioner and the respondent No.6, affording them an opportunity of hearing, including a personal hearing and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within i. period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
