Today when the matter [-us been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.Nos.32082 and 32089 of 2024 dated 09.1.2.2024, pasxd the following order:- " ... Accordingly, lhe respondents are directed to makz the payment of compensalion lo tlxe petitioners for the structures as per lhe Abstracl Estimate lurn*hed by the Executive Engineer vide letter dated 15.02.2008 along with consequential benefit of interest thereon till the date ofpayment within a pcrbd of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this ordcr."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further pray this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.Nos.32082 and32089 of 2O24 dated 09.12.2024.
