Having regard to submissions of both the learned counsel arrd on perusal of the material available on record, this Court, without making any observations, on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to fiIe an application before the appropriate authority since the petitioners rushed to this Court after exhausting the remedy of hiing an appeal.
6. Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of gralting liberty to the petitioners to work out the remedies as available under law. No costs.
