This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of Indizr seeking the following relief/ s:- '...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one rn the nature of Writ ol Certiorari to call for records in FIR No 1O8 ol 2017 of PS Charminar, Hyderabad dt 19-07 2017 and quash the same against the Writ Fetitioners herein in the interest of justice.....'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, in connection with Crime No. 108 of 2017, after due investigation, a charge sheet has been hled, and the case has been taken on lile as C.C. No. 464 of 2Ol8 on the frle of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Hence, prays that the writ petil ion be dismissed.

Having considered the prayer of the petitioners for quashment of the crime proceedings, and in view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been hled ald the case has been numbered as a Calendar Case. This circumstance clearly I \ I 2 indicates that [he investigating agency has i rmpleted the invcstigertion and placecl material before the Cor I sufhcient to u'arrant trial and it is evident that the jurisdictrc r al trial Court has lound a prima facie casc to proceed further.

In light of the above position, this Court hnds r-ro ground to interfere at this stage in exercise of its writ jurisdi,-- ion. However, the petitioners libr:rty is szrved to avaii approF r ate remedies available under law before the trial Court, if so advir ed.
