2. Heard Sri s. Lakshmikanth, learned counser for the and learned Assistant Government pleader for petitioner R{venue. \ 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

3. petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.l2-17 gts in Sy.No.315, situated at Elkathurthy Village and Mandal, Hanamakonda District, which is als,r evident from the revenue records. Later, petitioner has made different transactions in respect of land admeasuring an extenl. of Ac. LO-17 gts to different individuals and petitioner has orally donated land admeasuring Ac.1-00 gts for establishment of pri:nary health centre and thus petitioner is left with land admeasuring Ac.1-00 gts in Sy.No.315 and he is in possession and eejoyment of the same and constructed a compound wall encircling the property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the State has come up with digital revenue records in the year 2O2O and an extent of Ac.2-OO gts has been shown as Government land vvhich includes Ac.1-00 gts donated by the petitioner and Ac.1-O0 gts belongs to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, petitio:rer has filed online applications through Dharani portal and Bhu-Bharathi portal vide application Nos.23O0152508, 24OOO 10455, 24OO113506 and 21O30O5OO21 dated 07.lO.'.2O23, O5.O3.2O24, 2l.LO-2O24 and 18-06-2025, respecr-ively. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said appliczrtions, respondents did not act upon the same' He / / J further submit that the state has come with new Act i.e., Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2o2s in place of Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2o2o. Therefore, petitioner submitted fresh application through Bhu-Bharathi portal on L8.06.2025 vide application No.21030050021, lor correction of entries and though, six (o6) months elapsed, the application is not being considered by respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

5. The learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that as the petitioner submitted online application through Bhu-Bharathi portal on lg.06.2o2s, respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders and prayed to grant reasonable time.

6. considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, this writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the online application dated 18-06.2025 vide application No.2103oo50o2 t and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and 4 affording them an opportunity of hearing.
