Respondents ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2 This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nafure of writ of Mandamus dectaring action of the respondent No.2 in not protecting my life and property i.e. land in Sy.No.877 / A/.1to an extent of Ac.5.00 situated at Palvancha Revenue Jurisdiction, palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District from the trespassers as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles L4, 16, 19 and 21 and 300-4 of Constitution of Inrlia, Consequently direct the respondent No.2 to protect the petitioners life and properw from the hands of trespassers by following procedure of iaw to lead life without any interruption ani not disturb the agriculture of the petitione/s land i.e. land h 2 Sy.No.817/A/1 to an extent of Ac.5.00 situated at Palvar jurisdiction, Palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem i :ha Revenue .stIict."

The brief facts of the casc are that the petitioner is c rltivating Meraka land bearing Sy.No.B17 / A/L, admeasurinB Ac.5.00, sitt z :ed in Palvancha Revenue iurisdiction, Palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kotha 1 tdem Dishict. She maintained Jamoil trees over the said land for the part rr rre than 30 years. On an application by Smt Kalva Bayamma, the Tahsildar, 'alvancha Mandal conducted a detailed enquiry with the help of the Village ['r venue Oflicer and submitted a report dated 15.M.2015 recorcling the name r f Boda Haribabu, the petitioner's husband, in the revenuc records. Subsequ l Ltly, the petitioner and her husband continued posscssion and enioyment o1 the iand without interruption. Recentll,, 4 to 5 persons came to the pet ioner's land and threatened her with dire consequences. On 05.12.2025, the 1 :titioner informed respondent No.2 and submitted a rcpresentation bel< :c the Tahsiidar, PalvAncha Mandal, and requestiug -action against thc petitioner submitted all relevant documents to responj:nt No.2, and he trespassers. The received the same. However, he clid not register anv crim I al case against the trespassers and did not take action as per law. RespoIrrl nt No.2 has been repeatedly calling the petitioner and her husband ancl e s <ing for the same documents which were already submitted, without regist' ring any FIR. The petitioner states that respondent No.2 neglected his d lies and failed to protect the rigtrts and dignity of the petitioner from the tt lds of tresPassers. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present wr t petition. 3
4. \Arhen the matter is taken up for hearing, learned courlsel for the petitioner vehemently submits that subsequent to the f ing of the writ petition, respondent No.2 has considered the complaint and has initiated action in the matter
5. Lcarned counsel for the respondent ciid not oppose the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to follow the due procedure as contemplated undcr law for further course of action. 7 With thc above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
