Lr:arned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the pet:itioners are the agriculturists in occupation and they ar:e in possession of Ac.O.20 guntas, in Sy.No.S8, situate,l at Fathullaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Medchal Malkajl$ri District (herein after referred as 'subject propertyJ more than 50 years and the said land has been classifi,:d as Government/ Poramboku in the records of the revenur:.

L:arned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that respondent No.4 has been illegally entered into the pe':itioners' subject property and tried to dispossess them from the property without following due process of law. I{ence, he would seek indulgence of this court to direct the respondent authorities. 5- Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue repres€:nting learned Government pleader for Assignment seeks to pass appropriate orders. 6- Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learnecl Assistant Government pleader for Revenue and HPgn F,erusal of the material placed on record, this Court \- without making any observations on the merits or demerits ( I { : ! 3 of the case on the aspect of possession of the property, deems it appropriate to direct the respondent authorities not to interfere with the subject property of the petitioners. However, if the petitioners are found in possession of the land of the Government, respondent authorities are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under taw-by issuing necessary notice to the petitioners if so yyarranted and takg appropriate action in accordance with law.
