The petitioners are questioning the inaction of the respondent authorities in not depcsiting the decretal amount to the credit of -2 E.P.No.'|O of 2020 in LAop.No.sg of 1994 on the fire of the rearned senior civil Judge, fiiriryaraguda. The petitioners are sma[ farmers having Jifferent extents of lands in Sy.Nos.,l61, 165, 166, 167, 169, 176, 177,202, 203, 204, 205 adm.Ac.101.0S % guntas, whose lands were acquired under common notification for a common purpose i.e., submergence in Bhairavani cheruvu of Damaracherra Vi[age & Mandar, Nalgonda District. The said acquired rands were utirized and the LAo through award dated 24.11.1992 awarded a nominar amount of compensation of Rs.12,500/-. Upon representation of the petitioners, the award was referred to the civir court under section 1g of the LA Act, '189,4, which was numbered as O.p.No.S9 of .1994 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda and the Senior Civil Judge, vide judgment dated 26.08.2000 enhanced compensation from Rs.12,500A to Rs.55,000/- per acre.

2.2. lt is further submitted that the petitioners/craimants fired I.A.No.SI;O of 2009 in O.p.No.S9 of 1994 seeking amendment to the decree trr include the statutory benefits i.e., additional market value @12oh p a., as per the mandatory requirement under Section 23(1A) of Land Accluisition Act, 1894. The said lA was allowed vide order dated

15.09.2009 by the Senior civir Judge, and the said order attained finality. fespite the said directions, the respondents have not taken steps for depositing the amounts. Aggrieved by the same, the petitionerr; filed this writ petition. / .3

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions of respondent No.6/ the Land Acquisition Officer, would submit that the petitioners have filed E.P.No.10 of 2020 and it is pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda and on filing of the said EP, the respondent No.6/the Land Acquisition Officer submitted the decretal proposals to the District Collector, Nalgonda for an extent of Ac.45.15 guntas, for an amount of Rs.1 ,24,09,673 and for an extent of Ac.55.39 % guntans, for an amount of Rs.1,53,10,3911- vide letter No.E113986/2000, dated nil

10.2025 and the proposals were submitted to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad vide District Collector, Nalgonda Lr.No.G1/566712023-2, dated 14.11.2025. The proposals are being submitted to the Government by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad. After receipt of the funds from the Government the decretal amounts will be deposited before the Senior Civil Judge Court, Miryalaguda, in due course.

Heard Mr. Lokirev Preetham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mr. lvld.Hussain, learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No.2; Mr. Somu Srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6 and Mr. Dharavath Ravi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for lrrigation and Command Area Development Department appearing for respondent Nos.'|, 4 and 7. t!.s With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal today. Learned counsel for the. petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Cou( disposed of W.p.No.29064 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 directing the respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation in terms of the order and decree, passed in L.A.O.P No.47 of 20,12 dated 19.03.2013 and to the credit of E.p.No.22 of 2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6' Learned Government preader and rearned Assistant Government Pleader rbr the respondents did not dispute the same. 7. Re.cording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either sicre and in terms of order passed by this court in w.p.No.2g064 0f 2025 dared 23.09.2025, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to deposit the enhanced compensation in terms of the order and decree, passed in L.A.O.p.No.59 of 1994 dated 26.0g.2000 and to thr: credit of E.p.No.10 of 2O2O on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Miryargruda, as expeditiousry as possibre, at any rate within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
