2. Heard Mr.V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for a 2 \ adjudication and, ttrerefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petiLion as infructuous.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleadcr raises no objection to the said submission.

5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
