It is subntitted that the petitioner has entereci nto an agreement dt.12.05.2025 rvith respondent No.7 for de-siltinr of sand and has undeftaken transpoftation of the de-silted sand to th: stock point and since there was orrly one way, i.e., through the foresr , the petitioner has undertaken the transportation through it and he submit ed that the Forest authorities were also permitting the transpoftation b1, : rllecting a fee/tax of Rs. 100/- per lolry, but hou,ever. sudder.rly, on 21 . l. .2025 the subject route was blocked withor-rt ally reason though there \ /as no complaint against the tlanspollers regarding violation of any ol he provisions of the I"orest Act or the Mining Act and thereflore, the p r titioner has filed the present Writ Petition

I.eamed Government Pleader for Forests has rbtained written instructions, according to which, the proposal for Jevelopment of temporary use ol old path way for short period for lr( \,ement of sand transport vehicles liorn Gonugula plantation to R&t] I :oad is pending with the Principal (lhief Conservaror of Forests, Telang ma, Hyderabad and that the issue is under consideration of the authoriti,: .
4. Learned counsel lor the petitioner, however, srr unitted that by collecting fee/tax of Rs. l00i-, the respondents were 1 ermitting sand -/ 3 W.P. No.39800 of 2025 transport vehicles earlier and therefore requested that the same procedure may be directed to be followed till the petitioner completes the transportation of its allotted permitted quantity of stock.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to permit the petitioner to transport the de-silted sand tfuough the subject route till its permitted quantity is over or till a decision is taken by the respondent authorities, whichever is earlier, by collecting the requisite fee as being done earlier.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
