Brief facts of thc case arc that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Survey No.65/ AA/1,/1/? 2 situated at Chinna Shivanoor Village, Cl-regunta Mandal, lr, edak District. It is further statcd that the pctitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.45 ,r 2025 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Mcdak seeking perpetr-i r injunction against the third partics, and the sairl Court cirlc order dated 21 1.20?1 grarrtcd ad- intcrim injunction in 1.A.No.103 of 2025 in O.S.No.-ir of 2025; and the petitioner has also filed I.A.No.272 tt[ 20)5 seeking polir:t rrotcctiLrn tind the same was allowcd z,irlr order'28.08 2025.
