2. Heard Mr. Krishna Sankya Talluri, learned counsel, representilii-^ Mr. E,.Venkata Siddhartha, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Rapar"thi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respontlcnts No.2 to 4; and perused the material on record.

Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that challenging t!.r: speak ing order dated 19 .10 .2024, Municipal Appeal No. 1 1 6 of 2024 was il h: r by the unofl'tcial respondents betbre the learned Chief Judge, City Snrali 2 \, - Causes Court, at Hyderabad, which was later dismissed by the order clated 18.07.2025 and immediate steps are being taken by the GHMC officials tc implement the said speaking order.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the lespondent authorities to implement the speaking order dated 19.10.2024 in ;tccordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of'a copy of this order :;. As the order is passed without entering into the merits of the case, irotice to respondents No.5 to 8 is dispensed with. However if, respondents Itri.:i to 8 are, in any way, aggrieved by this order, they are at liberty to irpproach this Court seeking for modification of this order.
