Petitioner ..,Respondents ORDER -This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not providing permanent or regular compassionate appointment to the petitioner and instead engaging her on outsourcing basis intermittently since the date of the death of her father, and in not considering the representations dated 04'05'2018 and 21.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary'

Heard Sri P, Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Kiran Reddy Mallarapu, learned Standing Counsel for TSHCL, appearing on behalf of the respondents' Perused the material on record { I I I i I 1 2 (a) Brief facts of the case are as foll' rvs: that the 3. petitioner's father, late Venkata Rama Raju, was v ork ing as TWI with the respondent Corporation and, due to healtl :;sLles, he died on 20.03.2018 while in service at the age of !i'l '/ears. leavtng behind the petitioner and her mother. The deceast: 1 ernployee left no property, thereby rendering the family hell erss' As such, the peiitioner's mother made a representation cJ;t erd 04.05.2018 seeking information about future benefits ;tnrl claiming compassionate appointment on behalf of the '; rnily with the respondent Corporation. The petitioner is educal i lnally qualified with an M. Pharmacy degree and submits that sll : is eligible for compassionate aPPointment. (b) Though several vacancies exist in l-e respondent Corporation and regular recruitment notificatiorr u'ere issued, compassionate appointments were allegedly be r 1; provided to candidates having political influence, whereas th( potitioner has been deprived of regular posting due to lack o{ s'u(:h inFluence. Though the petitioner was provided compassionate )osting within a few months after her father's death, she ha; bt:en working intermittently and the cause of action still survives.

I I I striving for compassionate appointment' and in pursuance thereof' a joint representation dated 2:.'ll'2025 was submitted to the 2nd respondent, but no response has been received' .." 5, Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that appropriate orders may be passed in this Writ Petition by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 04'05'2018 and 21.Lt.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period' Accordingly, prayed to allow the Writ Petition '
6. Learned Standing Counsel for TSHCL' appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04 05'2018 and 27'Ll'2025 and. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case' this Writ Petition is disposed oF' directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04'05'2018 and 21'11'2025 respectively and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law' as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a cop)' oF this order' There shall be no order as to costs.
