Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for respondent No.5. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the ls raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in , I \ \

1. \ W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of vide order dated 03'09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present writ Petition also. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other 4 side.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in w.P.No.2313B of 2025, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondr3nts to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate or= 10yo per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid.
