2. Heard Mr.Rapolu Bhasker, learned cc unsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistzr rt Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent;. Perused the record

Learned counsel for the petitioner would t r-rbmit that the case of the petitioner has been examined by re spondent No.5 and a letter vide No.B/54212021, dated 29.07.202 I has been addressed to respondent No.4 stating thal an extent of Acs.1.5O cents in Survey No. 190 will be ke1,i as retainable land and remaining land to an extent of Acs. [ ).07 guntas is non surplus lald and recommended it for de r:, tification after ascertaining the details with original ceiling filr

While it is so, he would submit that in : rsponse to the said letter dated 29.O7 .202 1, respondent No.4 ras addressed a letter vide No.B/ 1565/202 1, dated 1',' 09.2O2l and recommended the case of the petitioner to resl> ,rrdent No.3 to J detete the land to arr extent of Acs.10.07 cents r,vhich is non- surpius land from the prohibitory area out of total extent of Ac.l | .27 guntas of Survey No. I 90 of Yacharam Village of Yacha-am Manda-I, Ranga Reddy District.

He further submit that the case of the petitioner is clear and it has been examined thoroughly and has been recommended for deletion from the prohibitory area, but no action has been taken by the respondent No.3 ald hence, aggrieved thereby the present writ petition is liled and therefore, seek to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on the other hand would submit that basing on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it can be understood that the case of the petitioner IS pending on the hle of respondent No.3 which would be duly considered in the course of time. Hence, would seek to pass appropriate orders. 7 . This Gourt having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel arld upon considering the material available ( / on record, this Court is of the opinion that case of the petitioner has already been considered by respondent Nos.4- I anC 5, vide its Lr.Nos.B/156512021 and B/5+ ). l2O2t, dat:d 17.O9.2021, 29.O7.2021 respectively arL, i has been rccommended to respondent No.3 and it has Lr en quite a long time u-her<: more than four f i-ars have been Itr rseci but so far as no action has been taken on the recommer r ation made by respondent No.4. B. In those circumstances, this Court deer r it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to examine the casr' :'the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordanc,: with lau., as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a ; :riod of ninety (90) dal s from the date of receipt of a copy of []r s order.
9. With the above direction, this Writ Petiti rrr is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
