Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioners claims to be owners of various extent of lands in Sy.No.88/1E, 88/ 2F,, S4/75A, 57 /3, s4 / 17, 54 / 78, 41 / 8, s6 / 3, 56 / 7, 67 / 5, 55 / 2, 88 / 6, 88 / 3, 83 / s, 84 / 7, 56 / 8, 28 / s, 56/4,56/5,56/6, 45/4 and56/7, situate at Dharmavaram Village, Wazeedu Mandal, Mulugu District. It is submitted that respondent No.2 ttide proceeding bearing Rc.No.61/Sand / KTDM / 2016 clated 02.09.201 6, granted permission to respondent No.4 to de-cast sand from the petitioners' subject land and subsequently, petitioners entered into agreements dated 26.70.2076 with respondent No.4 for de-casting of sand frorn subject land and the same was valid for a period of six (06) months. Thereafter, petitioners on77.77.2025 and 07.72.2025 made represeniations and requested the respondent No.2 to extend the permission for de-casting of land from the subject land, however, the same are str'll pending for consideraLion. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed. '( )

4. Though v4rious grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose petitioners' representations dated 17.11,.2025 and 07.12.2025, in a time bound period. J
