Learned counsel lor the petrtioner submiis that in similar set of circumstances, this Court vide order de red 19.09.2024 disposed of W.P.No.24i38 of 2024 and the opt.r ative portion of the said order is extracted as under:- "5.In the light of thc above discussion, the u,r ir allowed. Oppgsing the same, learned AssiStant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that the petitioner rehed on the proceedings in File No.B/2051 /2004 dated 10.03.2006 passed by respondent No.3; that in the Pahanis for the year 1963-64, the land admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts in Sy.No.87317, situated at Korremula -Revenue Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, at the pattadar and possession column, the name of pattadar was shown AS "Bandi fochaiah". But in the Writ papers, the name of the petitioner reflects as "Koppula Narsing Rao and his father's I I narne as "Late Pochaiah". Therefore, he contends that there is a discrepancy with regard to the name of the Petitioner in reference to the Pahanis ald so, the on-line aPplication of the petitioner calnot be considered arrd seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition. a
