2. The petitioncr is reprcscnted by his GP.A holder. It is stated that respondent No.5 is the legally weddcd wife of the petitioner, and the marriage between the pctitioner and respondent No.5 was solemnized on

It is further statccl that respondent No.5 filed a complaint against the petitioner and his family rnernbers, and basing on the said complaint an FIR No.913 of 2022 has been registered at W?S, CCS, Hyderabad, for the 2 offences under sections 498-4 and 420 IpC ancl secti ,. 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and a notice under section 4rA of Cr.I,.
