The grievalce ol the petitioner is that, even a-fter receipt of the said F-Line application, the respondent authorities did not conduct survey and fix the boundaries.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the aforesaid F-Line application submitted by the petitioner by following due procedure laid dovt n under lar.',' and conduct survev and demarcate the subject land by fixing boundaries

It is settled law that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance u'ith the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telalgana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (ireld measurement) surveys. 4 EVV, J \\p 39-191 2025 Individuals requesting such surveys are requi'ed to submit specific documents. and if the conditions stig r-rlated in the circulars are fulfilled. ttre sur-u'ev ald bour darv fixation may be conducted. 25.07.2OO1 , Rc.No.N1/1408/07, dated 13 (7.2007, and Rc.No.N2/ 174l l2OlO, dated 18.05.2010 st pulating the ccnditions for conducting survey of private ands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioner f rlfils all the conditions of the said circular, it is an obll ation for the respondents to conduct survey u,ithin the tirr -- speciiied in the said circulars. 6- In vieu' of the aforesaid discussion, thi; Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ pet 1 ron directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the petit oner's F-Line application uide No.DERO225O|239|78, datrr 12.I1.2025, in accordance r.vith the provisions of the Teiar- rgana Survey EVV, J Wp 39.191 _1025 and Boundaries Act, 1923 and a,lso in terms of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements ald Land Records for conducting survey on field measurement applications (F-Line applications), from time to time, rvithin a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already conducted.
