Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the . principles of natural justice and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard Mr.Mohammad Zubair Akram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their I 2 EVV, J wp-?Qt9--202s consent, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission

Learned counsel for ti:e petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3.OO guntas in Sy.No.126l5lA, situated at Theegapur Village, Kothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, his name was incorporated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook bearing No.546967 uide Patta No.13 was also issued in his favour under the provisions of the 'relangana Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act, 1971. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, during land updation programme, the petitioner's name is not , reflecting in Bhu Bharati Portal and therefore, he made severa-l oral requests seeking for incorporation of his name in Bhu Bharati Portal and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities did not consider his request. Hence, this Writ Petition. a
4. sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner has not made online application in appropriate module r makes fresh onlines_ of Bhu Bharati Portal and if the 3 EVV. J wp_3${ge_2025 application duly enclosing all the necessary documents, the respondent authorities would consider the same.
5. ilav.ng heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to make fresh online application in appropriate module of Bhu Bharati Portal and on such application being made by the petitioner, if it fulfils all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Records of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same after issuing notice to all the concerned and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to them and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
6. Accordirrgly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
