Bricf facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioner is a resident of H.No.2-10-635/1, Teachers Colonv, Hanamkonr-{a, Warangal District and petitioner's husband and son are practicing advocates in Hon'ble Supreme Court of lndia, New Delhi and in view of their practice, petitioner antl her family mcmbers are staying in Ncw Dclhi and frequently visiting to Telangana 1 State. It is submitted tha t petitioner's family got threats u'i ich arise out of petitioner's son matrimonial dispute and a complaint datcc 76.12.2025 was also filed beforc the SHO, Defence Colony, Delhi. The cast: t f the pctitioner is that on 21.11.2025 at about 3:24 PM, one Janga Raghava Rcrl,l ,, believed to be a rowdv sheeter, who is no way concerned to petitioltr:r ancl her family members, through Mobile No.9676809999, made a call to pcti ioner's husband and during telephonic conversation, the saicl persitn tartccl abusing petitioner's husband and threatencd that hc would rlt.st ov ancl hurdle petitioner's husband and son- Hence, petitioncr's husbalt on 21.77.2025, through E-mail, lodgetl a complaint and requcstcd resp()n(1, nt No.2 to take action against the said Janga Raghava Reddv. Horvever, till , late no action is taken against the complaint d ated 21.77.2025

Learned Governme nt Pleader for Homc appearing tor lespondcnt Nos.l and 2 placed on record instructions issued by Commissionr.r t rPolice, Warangal, whcrein it is submitted that petitioner's husband complaint r , ted 21.11.2025 was forwarded to the Station House officer, Subedari Polir r, ltation, Warangal t / J Comrnissionerate, for necessary action and report. On such complaint, GD entry aide petition No.DGP/COORD/257125/09737 dated 04.72.2025, was made and enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, petitioner's husband was requested to produce cvidcnce with regarcl to thc threat calls, however, he did not produced the same. It is further submitted that thc enquiry officer had obtained Call Data Record (CDR) of the alleged caller and it was revealed that the petitioner's husband on 27.77.2025, has called the alleged caller thrice i.e., at 75:-1.8:32, L5:23:72 and 15:24:43 ridc Tower ID No.404-49-31804-245903668. It was further revealed that at the time of call, the petitioner's husbanc{ was at Delhi and the alleged caller was at Plot No.20, Sy.No.686, near Agricultural Market yard, Jammikunta, Karimnagar District and both the areas did not falls under the jurisdiction of Subedari Police Station, Hanumakonda Division, Warangal Commissionerate.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the Petitioner's husband did not furnish any evidencc to cstablish his grievance and moreover, as per the enquiry, since 21,.'17.2025 to till tlate, the petitioner's husband neither received tfueat calls from thc alleged caller nor the alleged caller physically approached the petitioner and tfueatened her or her family membcrs. However, the CDR report revealed that on 27.77.2025, the petitioner's husband oniy had called the alleged caller thrice at 15:18:32, 75:23:72 and 15:24:43. With respect to police protection, learned Government Pleader submits that the respondent authorities did not receive any specific order from any comPetent Court' 4
