2. Heard Mr. Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Snehitha, ieamed Assistant Govemment Plead: for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos' l to 5 Perused the recorrl

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit hat the case of the petitioner has been examined by respondent No'5 r Ld a letter vide No.8154212021, dated 29'07'ZO2l has been addressed No.4 stating that an extent of Acs' 1'50 cents in Survet' kept as retainable land and remaining land to an ext(rr guntas is non-surplus land and recommended it for' to respondent rlo.190 will be t of Acs.l0.07 de-notification after ascertaining the details with original ceiling file

While it is so, he would submit that in response 1 r the said letter dated 29.01 .2021, respondent No'4 has addresserl a letter vide No.Bi 1565/2027, dated 17 '09'2021 and recommendc'l the case of the a petitioner to respondent No'3 to delete the land t , an extent of Acs.10.07 cents which is non-surplus land from the 1 rohibitory area out of total extent of Ac.11'27 guntas of Survey No' I ( 0 ofYacharam Village of Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District' I I J

He further submit that the case of the petitioner is clear and it has been examined thoroughly and has been recommended for deletion from the prohibitory area, but no action has been taken by the respondent No.3 and hence, aggrieved thereby the present writ petition is filed and therefore, seek to pass appropriate orders.

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader on the other hand would submit that basing on the submissions made by the leamed counsel for the petitioner, it can be understood that the case of the petitioner is pending on the file of respondent No.3 which would be duly considered in the course of time. Hence, would seek to pass I appropriate orders. l. This Court having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is of the.opinion that case of the petitioner has already been considered by respondent Nos.4 and 5, vide its Lr.Nos.B/l 56512021 a and 81542/2021, dated 17.09.2021, 29.07.2021 respectively and has been recom-niended to respondent No.3 and it has been quite a long time where more than four years have been lapsed but so far as no action has been taken on the recommendation made by respondent No.4. 4

In those circumstances, this Court deems it appr rpriate to direct respondent No.3 to examine the case of the pet t oner and pass appropriate orders, 1n accordance with law, AS : rpeditiously as possible, preferably within a period ofninety (90) dr.' s from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order.

9. With the above direction, this Writ Petition s disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
