In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into ments of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry on the petitioners' applications, dated 26.06.2025 by issuing notice to all the stakeholders and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and if the petitioners satisfied all the requirements under thc provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record o[ Rights in Land) Act, 2025 consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate a copy of thc said order to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.
6. Accordingiy, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
