While so, respondent No.7, who is the neighbor of the petitioner, demolished his old house and started construction r rithout obtaining any permission from the GHMC. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 t: act upon the complainUrepresentation of the petitioner dated 26.11 2025, for taking action against respondent No.7 for making unauthori :ed construction in the property bearing H.No.9-1 1-167 situated at ! insi Bazar near Kharwa Masjid, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad, t,: affording an 3 opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.7. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
