Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri G.Naresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the oflicial respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the ou,ner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2.2O guntas in Sy.No.267A/1, situated at Yellanki Village, Ramannapeta Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, along r,vith other lands, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.161 of 2011. Learned Senior Counsel would further submit that the name of the petitioner was incorporated in a1l the revenue records and he was issued pattadar passbook bearing No.987767 with patta No.37. l,earned Senior Counsel for the petitioner 3 EVV, J wp 39289 2025 would further submit that, whiie issuing new pattadar passbook bearing No.T30 130 180027, the admeasuring Acs.2.2O guntas in Sv.I'Io.2674/1 was found missing. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation, dated 30.O1.2024, requesting to make necessary corrections in the revenue records and acting on the said representation, respondent No.2, uide letter, dated

20.03.2024, directed respondent No.4 to submit a report by conducting a detailed enquiry into the matter. In compliance r,r,ith the letter, dated 20.O3.2023, respbndent No.4 has issued a shor,v-cause notice, dated 30.03.2024 to the unofficial respondents, calling them to submit their explanation lr,ithin a period of seven days but, no explanation was submitted by the unofficial respondents within the said time, Thereafter, respondent No.4 also issued fina-I notice, dated 15.07.2024, directing the unofficial respondents to submit their explanation within seven days from the date of receipt of the said notice ald failure to do so lvould be treated as no explanation to submit and basing upon the records available further steps I EVV, J wp 19239 202s u'ould be initiated. The grievance of the petitioner is that, though the unolflcial respondents did not submit their ex:rlr..ration to the notice, dated 15.07.2024, no rrJers have vet been passed by respondent No.4. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that, despite the petitioner IS making consistent efforts before respondent No.4, action is being taken b1. respondent No.4 Therefore, the petitioner has no other option except to file the present lvrit petition.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents, rrould submit that the case of the petitioner is under consideration and accordingiy, necessary notices r.vere been issued to all the parties concerned and appropriate orders wor.rld be passed in due course of time. Stating so, learned Assistant Government Pleader prays to pass appropriate orders.

5. Having heard the submissions made b-y the iearned counsel for the respective parties, this Court, without going EVV. J wp 39289_202s into the merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of this rvrit petition directing respondent No.4 to act upon the notice dated 30.O3-2024 and final notice, dated 15.07.2025 b-v issuing notice to all the persons interested including the unofficial respondents and after giving sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to them, pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Since notices are stated to be ordered to the unofficial respondents, issuance of further notice to them in this ',vrit petition shal1 stand dispensed with.
