3. Heard Sri Nayakawadi Ramesh, learned < ounsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Venkateshwar Rao, leiu ned Standing Counsel for Telangaaa Tourism Developmer t Corporation Limited, appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner su L mits that the petitioner was initially engaged as Deputy Mr nager (Admn.) on contract basis rvith effect from 13.08.20C I and that the said contract was extended from time to time. iou,ever, ',vhile extending the contract agreement in the mo I .h of January, '2025, the respondents curtailed the cont r a :t period and extended it only up to 28.02.2025 instead rf 31.12.2025. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a repres ( ntation to the respondents in the month of January, 2r) 15, requesting extension of the contract period up - 3 1 . 12 .2025. Thereafter, pursuant to proceedings dated ). l.O2 .2025, trre petitioner was directed to work as a Consu t lnt with effect from 01.03.2025 in the Marketing Departmer t at Warangal, ald accordinglv, the petitioner joined at the sr d ptace. While things stood thus, the services of the yetitioner were disengaged from the post of Consultant r.I le proceedings dated 05.07.2025. As such, the petitione- submitted a I I 3 representation to respondent No.2 on 7I.O7 .2025 requesting to consider his case on humalitarian ground and permit him to continue in service till he attains the age of superannuation of 61 years. However, no actic,n has been taken by respondent No.2 so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 11.O7.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a time-frame to be stipulated by this Court

5. Learned Stalding Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the services of the petitioner were terminated uide proceedings dated O5.O7.2025. However, respondent No.2 will consider the petitioner's representation dated 1 1.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law
