2. Heard the learned counsel for the petiti rners, Iearned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies r ppearing for respondents No.1, 2 & 5 and Sri K.Devender, lez rned Standing counsel appearing Civil Supplies Corporation appearing for respondents No.3 & 4.

3. The petitioners herein are the owners of ri:e mi1ls which have been constructed on the land taken on ( ase by them. The petitioners have made representations to tle respondent authorities for allotment of CMR paddy by accepl ng 10% bank guarantee under G.O.Ms.No.17, dt.O4.lO.2025. '[ re case of the petitioners was considered favorably by the Di:;; rict Collector vide letter dt.2o.O9 .2025 , which was addrr' ,sed to the Commissioner of Civil Supplies requesting to takt e decision on the representations of the petitioners and neces-< ary direction be issued.

4. The grievance of the petitioners ir; that the Commissioner/respondent No.5 has not taken rny decision thereon till date.

5. Learned Government Pleader for Civil li rpplies has forwarded the copy of the written instructions re< t ived by him 3 from the Collector, Civil Supplies. However, it is noticed that it is the Sft respondent who has take a decision on the issue of the petitioners.

Therefore, this Court deems it fit arrd proper to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage with a direction to the 5e respondent to consider the recommendation of t}le Collector dt.2o.O9.2025 and take a decision thereon expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten ( 10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaleous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
