Learned counsel for the petitioner would ; lbmit that the petitioner, being the co-sharer of the land admeas rring Acs.9.30 guntas in Sy.No.599 and Acs.5.08 guntas in Sy.ll ,.600, situated at Achempet Village, Nizamsagar Mandal, Ranga teddy District, had filed a suit for partition uide O.S.No.9 of 201 I on the f-rle of the VII Additional District Judge, Bodhan and he said Court aiso granted ad inteim injunction restraining he defendants therein from alienating the suit schedule proper y uide c>rder , dated O3.05.2O19 in I.A.No.lO7 of 2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit that, as per Section 19 (1) ofthe RTI Act, any person, who does not receive a decision within the time specihed in sub-section (1) or clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 7, or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer or State Pubtic Information Ofhcer, as the case may be, may, within thirty days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a - decision, prefer an appeal to such officer, who is senior in rank to the Central , Public Information Oflicer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, in each public authoritv. In view of the above submissions and sin,; thc petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of appeal under Section 19 (1) of the RTI Act, this Court deems it approp: iate to dispose of this writ petition, granting liberty to the petit :ner to hle an appeal before the appropriate authorit5r.
