4. Learned counsel for the petitioner subr rits that the petitioner iS presently r,vorking as a Naib I ahsiidar and respondent No.3, by proceedings daled 26.O2.202. , deciared the petitioner's probation as Naib Tahsildar witl effect from

12.02.2022 . It is further submitted that the retitioner has compieteC five years of service and thereby beco ne eligible for promotion to the post of Tahsildar. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.03.2025 r o respondent No.2 seeking inclusion of her narne at Roste r Point No.6 earmarked for visually hanciicapped employees fc,: promotion to the post of Tahsildar. Pursuant thereto, responde et No.2 called for a report from respondent No.3 uide pro((edings dated 3

27.03.2025, and in response, respondent No.3 submitted report to respondent No.2 uide Lr.No.Al/896 /2Q25 dated 19.O4.2025 However, no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's case for promotion to the post of Tahsildar, in light of the report submitted by respondent No.3 dated 19.O4.2025, and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

5. l,earned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.2 u'ill take appropriate decision on the report sent by respondent No.3 uide letter dated 19 .O4 .2025, in accordance with law.

6. Having rega-rd to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the report sent by respondent No.3 uide Lr.No.Al/896 /2025 dated
