This writ petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.S-Circle Inspector without consideration of petitioner's documents and stitements of witnesses submitted along with complaint in C. No. 1 644/ CCC/ NL G / 2025 dated 31,.10.2025 and issued reminder surunons zride C.No.60/Sagar/2025 dated27.11,.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of Natural Justice guaranteed under Articles 14, 27 and 3004 constitution of India and against the Section 94 of B.N.S.S 2023 and subsequently direct the respondent Nos.5 and 6 to receive the documents and 2 to record the statements pertains to the petitioners complaint registered i1file C.No.1644lCClNLG /2025 dated 91..10.2025. Sp, Nalgonda.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for I{ome appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 placed on record instructions issue<i by Circle Inspector . of Police, Nagariunasagar Circle, Nalgonda District, n,herein it is submitted that the petitioner sent a complaint to Superintendent of Police, stating that one Janardhan along with his sons and respondent No.7 abused the petitioner and her husband by referring to their caste and forcibly took her car at Thummachettu Thanda on 10.08.2025. The said complaint was forwarded to respondent No.5 z,ide C.No.1,644/ccclNLG/2025 datecl 31..10.2025. with instructions to enquire into the matter and take necessary action in accordance with law. Basing on the said complaint, respondent No.5 examined the contents and for proper enquiry, respondent No.5 issuecl notice dated

23.17-2025, calling the petitioner to submit relevant documents ancl produce witness in sr-rpport of h"r'ull"gation. However, petitioner failed to comply the notice dated 23.77.2025. Thereafter, respondbnt No.S issued a reminder notice dated 27.77.2025, requesting the petitioner to produce tire relevant documents and witnessrls, however, petitioner neither approachecl the respondent No.5 nor submitteld relevant documents and evidence in support of her complaint. It is further submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent No.5 and submit the relevant documents and witnesses in support of her complaint, the same would be considered. 4- At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner pray this Court to grant 3 liberty to petitioner to submit the relevant documents and evidence before the respondent authorities and further pray this Court to direct the respondent authorities to consider the same and take action.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to approach the respondent No.5 on19.12.2025 at3.00 Pm and submit relevant documents and witnesses in support of her contentions, thereafter, the respondent No.5 is directed to examine the same and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law.
