Brief facts statet{ in tl-ris writ pctition are that the petitioner claims to be the owncr and possessol of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of I \*-*-- - 2 Ac.2-00 guntas, in Sy.No.117/e, situated at Gayamvarigudem Shivar of Chiwemla Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.7 to 12 with an intention to grab the subiect property are interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession over the subject property, hence, petitioner filecl O.S.No.154 of 2021 and the learned Junior Principal Civil .[udge-Cum-]udicial Magistrate of First Class, Suryapet uide order dated 02.09.2024 in I.A No.334 of 2024 in I.A No.323 of 2021 in O.S No.154 of 2021, directed the respondent No.6 to provicle police aic-l to the petitioncr anr,l the subject property. Inspite of thc order datctl 02.09.2024, responclcnt authorities did not provide police protection, hencc, petitioner on 21,.70.2025 made a representation and requestecl respondent authorities to provide policc protection to the pctitioner and the. subject propcrty. I{owever, the same is pcnding for consideration. Aggrievecl by the same, this writ petition is f iled.
