No.4632 of 2o24 on the file of the xIV Additional chief- Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2' Heard Ms.Tanushree Bose, learned counser fof the petitioners, Mr'v'seetharama Avadhani, rearned counser for respondent No.2 and Mr'Jithender Rao Veeramara, learned Additionar pubric prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1_State. 3' Learned counser for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal petition, at the instance of the well t -l .l\i\ I I , 2 wishers, relatives and eld.ers, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them.and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the compromise resPectivelY.

This court uide order, dated 18.12.2025, directed the parties i.e.,thepetitionersandrespondentNo'2'toappearbeforetheHigh CourtLegalservicesCommittee,Hyderabad'on22'12'2025'In compliance of the said order, the secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted report, dated 20.12-2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Pan Card. lt is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise' In view of the said report and also in view of the compro*i"to 5. entered between the petitioners and respondent No'2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 areallowed.Consequently,theproceedingsinC.C.No.4632of2024 on the fiIe of the xIV Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate' I Nampally,Hyderabad,areherebyquashedagainstthepetitioners'

WIIEREAS' the First Party and the Second Party ar€ husband and wife and their marriage was held on 19-O3-2O14 at Taj l,tlest End Hotel at Bangalore, as per Hindu Rites and Customs and the said marriage is an arranged marriage and a female child was born to them on l9-12-2Ola by name Gunampally Aanya Reddy.
2. WHEREAS, on account of marital discord, both parties are living separately from March 2O2O and their daughter Gunampally Aanya Reddy is staying with the Second Party.
3. \trHEREAS, the First Party herein filed Divorce Petition bearing O.P No. 668/2O2I on the lile of the II Addl Family Court, Hyderabad whibh was allowed on 19-10-2024 granting divorce to the parties. The said judgment and decree has been challenged by the Second Party in an Appeal before the Honble High Court in FCA No. 279 of 2024 and FCA No. 4 of 2O25 and the said appeals are admitted and the Hon'ble High Court, by its order dated 27 -12-2024 granted interim suspension of the family court's order and decree dated 19-LO-2O24.

WHEREAS, the Second Pargz hled a Complaint in crime no.226/2O22 before Panjagutta Police Station U/s 498A, 34lR/W 34 IPC, and 3 & 4 ofDP Act against the First Party and others on the lile of XIII Addl Chief ' -. Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same is pending for trial. Further, Second Party also filed DVC No. 129 /2022 before the IVMM Court, Hyderabad and the same is pending. The Second Party also liled another complaint against the parents of the First Party and the tenants vide $C No.4632 /2024 in PS Panjagutta and the same is pending. The Second Part5r, as natural guardian and next friend of G. Aanya Reddy, fiI,ed a suit for partition in O.S No. 39O / 2023 before XXVI Addl Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and the same is also lrending. All the proceedings before the Trial Court preferred by the Second Party are now ripe for evidence. ]; 5. WHEREAS, at this stage, the parties at tbe intcrvention of well-wishers, have settled the disputes amicably in order to put a quiehts to the marital discord. As such, this Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU') is executed between them in the presence of their parents to avoid any future disputes on the following terms and conditions: a. The First party agreed to give pennanent alimony of Rs. 1o,o0,0oooo (Rupees ten crores only) to the second party. Accordingly, the First party has paid a sum of Rs. Z,SO,OOOOOI_ (Rupees two crores and fifty lakhs only) by a demand draft bearing number 449199 issued by axis bank hyderabad ;;; 3r/ro/2025 . In view of the same, the second party waives her right to clairn any further maintenance or permanent alimony in future from the First part5r. c' The Second party sha, open a new bank account in any nationalized bank or any private bank in the name of the daughter of the parties viz. G. Aanya Reddy. since G. Aanya Reddy is a minor her mother K. pragnya Reddy, the Second Party herein' wourd operate and minage the bank account opened in the name of G. Aanya Reddy without any reference or interference by the First part,r. The balance amount of 12.5 crores (Rupees twelve crores fiffy lakhs) wouid be paid through a Demand Draft in favor of his daughter G. Aanya Reddy, which will be handed over to the Second Par,ty at the time of liling this MOU before the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana. t\rrther, the First Party, father of G Aanya Reddy, shall also unconditionally gift to G. Aanya Reddy, his daughter, an agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 4.35 guntas, in survey number 34A situated at Chilkamari village, Farooq Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which is in his narne *ith a clear title,. The process of transferring the aforesaid property by executing a registered gift deed in the name of G. Aanya Reddy anil ati related d.ocumentation, including mutation, shall be completed before this Mou is flled before the Hontle High Court. The First Party assures that the property is and shall be free from all encumbrances, disputes, third party claims, charges, liens etc. for her maintenance and educational expenses. : ' g. The father of the First Party, G. Raghava Reddy, who is also the grandfather of G. Aanya Reddy, out of his love and affection for his granddaughter,..decided to grft to G. Aanya Reddy the agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 6.06 guntas, in survey number 311, 310/e, 312 situated at Dooskal village, Farooq Nagar Man'dal, Mahbubnagar DiStt'ict, Whl'bh is in tiis name''.with a clear title. The process of transferring the aforesaid properties by executing a registered gift deed in the name of G..Aanya Reddy and all related documentation, including mutation, slrdll be completed before this MoU is filed before the Honble High Court. The fattrer of the First Party assures that the property is and shall be free from a-ll encumbrances, disputes, third party , claims, charges, liens etc. The father of the First Party is a{Iixing his signature to this MoU as consenting witness in token of his acceptance to the provisions made herein and to secure th3" future ofhis granddaughter out of love and affection. h. The jewelry of the second p*ty, which were given by her parents, First Party and his family members are kept in locker nos 129 and 5o4 in A.:<is Bank, somajiguda Branch. The lockers are held in the joint names of the parties herein. The First party agreed to open the lockers arong wiilr the second party and hand over all the jewellery and contents of the said rockers to. the second Party for her absolute use and benefit. -The joint custody of the lockers shall thereafter end and the Second parry shall be free to dear with the same in any man.er the second Parfy deems fit. j. subject to the First partSr and his father performing their respective obligations set out in this Mou, the second party will withdraw her complaint filed against the First party and his parents U/s 498A Ipc vide crim'e No. 226/2022 and, another case filed by her vide crime No. 6s6/2023 and the second party should give necessar]r retters to the police or before the concerned magistrate for withdrawing the said cases and if necessary, the rerevant parties wilr appear before the Honble High ' cotrrt in euashing the said 2 cases in the quash proceeding and the second party sha[ consent to the quashing of the said cases in terms of this Mou. rne secona party will also withdraw the DVC No. r2gl2o22 pending before the IV MM court in terms of this lViou. Aanya Reddy: i. The First Party has no objection to declare that the second Farty is the natural guardian of the minor child G. Aanya Reddy and the Second party shall alone have permanent custody of the child G. Aanya Reddy and the First Party waives off his rights to custody of G. Aanya Reddy. ) I i 'l iL u
1. If G. Aanya Reddy wishes to visit her father' she shall have tJ:e right to do so with the Second Party giving reasonable notice to the First Party
2. The First Party shall interact with his daughter G Aanya Reddy once in Iifteen days for 3O Minutes between 6 and 6:30 PM in virtual mode;
3. Further, when G. Aanya Reddy is in Hyderabad, the First Party shall physically visit her fot 4 hours monthly once preferably on Saturday during a time convenient to her and First Party.
4. when G Aanya Reddy is living away from Hyd.erabad, the First Party shall physically visit her in the city / town where she is living for 4 hours every.2 months during a time convenient to her and the First Party. ii. The First Party agrees to attend the School Annual Days and convocation of G. AanYa ReddY. iii. H--o.yeye1, the First Party shall have visitation rights to visit d. a"ny" Reddy by giving reasonable notice to the Second PartY. l. The Second PartJr shall vacate from the house bearihg No. H-6-3- 879/8, znd floor Greenland's, Begumpet, Hyderabad voluntarily and should handover possession of the said house to the First Party on or befoi'e 15th May, 2026.
